About the Role
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to business leaders.
Solve data-related problems from Sales to help capitalize on the opportunities and increase profitability.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance.
Build workflows and automation to increase productivity and avoid unforced errors from manual efforts.
Consult on the feasibility and the optimal methodology to the proposed solutions to business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address business needs.
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Write complicated queries and propose improvements to current data structures.
Create and maintain reports for other teams and advise on possible process improvement.
Ensure data security, data confidentiality, and data integrity.
Work with other team members on research & development projects.
Research new technologies to improve the proficiency and accuracy of our current workflows.
Document all assigned projects and concurrent tasks.

Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills along with good customer service attitude.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Accuracy and strong will to learn new skills, such as AI, automated workflows, or database.
Working knowledge with relational database and SQL, such as Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, such as Power BI, SSRS, etc.
Data visualization and data analysis experience required.
About the job
The Jr. Business Analyst (JBA) will work closely with senior analysts and management to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with the project objectives. They will use data analysis, process mapping, and other business analysis techniques to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
